Returns & Support
Each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction and allows us to create thoughtfully, not in bulk.
Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or ordering mistakes. Please take a moment to check the size guide before ordering — we want you to love your fit.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We’ll always do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
EU Customers
Under EU law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this does not apply to made-to-order products. As all Spine items are produced especially for you, this right does not apply once production has begun.
International Orders
Some orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
